Our story so far.

The Hive Society, founded in December 2024, is the first real estate-focused home design service created especially for real estate agents and their homeowner clients.

Its roots trace back to Stage Right Home, launched in 2002 when home staging was virtually unknown in Toronto. Beginning in the basement of founder Carmen Wageman’s home, Stage Right grew into Canada’s largest staging company, now operating from a 50,000 sq. ft. facility and serving hundreds of agents across the GTA.

In early 2024, Stage Right expanded with Stage Right Rentals, Toronto’s first high-end furniture rental service. Offering concierge services for DIY stagers, premium furniture, and art far beyond industry standards, the company continued its commitment to elevating the home‑sale experience.

The Hive Society emerged as the next evolution — helping homeowners in transition, offering Canadian-made custom furniture, art, accessories, and thoughtful gifts.
